This special event honors the remarkable achievements of our engineering community, showcasing the dedication and innovation that drive our industry forward. Join us as we acknowledge the incredible contributions of our engineers and leaders!

Highlights Include:

  • Legacy & Leadership – Beth Bauer’s Retirement: Join us for a special tribute to Beth Bauer, ACEC Indiana Executive Director, as we celebrate her incredible career, leadership, and lasting impact on ACEC Indiana and the engineering community.
    • To help us celebrate Beth’s retirement with a special gift, we invite you to make a personal or corporate contribution.  Please make checks payable to ACEC Indiana and mail them to the attention of Colleen Torres at 101 W. Ohio Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
  • 2025-2026 Year in Review: Hear from ACEC Indiana President, David Lahey, as he reflects on the year's accomplishments.
  • Engineer of the Year & Special Honors: We will proudly present the prestigious Consulting Engineer of the Year, Young Engineer of the Year, and other special recognition awards.
  • 2025-2026 Engineering Leadership Program Graduates: Celebrate the achievements of our graduating leadership class.
  • Mentor-Protégé Program Highlight: Discover the impact of our mentorship program.
