Board of Directors 2025-26

As President & CEO of Clark Dietz, Inc., I lead a talented team delivering infrastructure solutions that strengthen communities across the Central United States. My leadership and business relationship philosophy is grounded in trust that is earned through transparency, authenticity, and honesty. I use this approach to help clients achieve their goals and empower our staff to realize their potential.

Since joining Clark Dietz in 2000, I have grown from project engineer and resident project representative to executive leadership, serving in roles including Project Manager, Regional Director, Corporate Director of Business Development, and Executive Vice President. Over the years, I have guided complex infrastructure projects in Indiana and Kentucky, forged enduring client partnerships, and steered corporate initiatives in growth, financial performance, staff development, and business strategy.

I am driven to Engineer Quality of Life for our clients and our people with a goal of making Clark Dietz a trusted advisor to those who share our values and the best place to work for our staff. I take pride in meeting the infrastructure needs of the communities where we live and work while creating meaningful, rewarding careers for our team.

Beyond the firm, I remain active with civic and professional organizations at the local, state, and national levels, including the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), ACEC Indiana, One Southern Indiana, and other various leadership, economic development and chamber of commerce groups.

On a personal note, I’m passionate about my family, all things Purdue, pickleball, guitar, and never pass up a good ride in my Jeep with the top off and the sun shining.
