ACEC Indiana Engineering Leadership All-Class Reunion

Reconnect with fellow Engineering Leadership Program alumni and join us for an engaging and interactive all- class reunion experience designed to strengthen relationships across generations.

We'll kick off the program with Fusion, an innovative generational learning experience centered around a highly interactive Game Board. Unlike a traditional lecture or PowerPoint presentation, Fusion encourages participants to explore the experiences that shaped different generations through conversation, reflection, and friendly competition.

Together, you'll gain:

• An appreciation of the major generations represented in today's workplace
• An understanding of the challenges and opportunities within multi-generational teams
• Insights into the worldviews, needs, and strengths of each generation
• Practical strategies for improving collaboration across generational groups

Fusion focuses on the win-win. Rather than trying to "fix" older or younger generations, participants will learn how every generation contributes valuable perspectives that strengthen teams and organizations.

2:00-4:30 PM Fusion: Leading Multi-Generational Teams, with Mitch Isaacs, Shafer Leadership Academy 

4:30-5:30 PM  Happy Hour

Eligible for 2.5 PDHs

$100 registration fee inclusive of program, drinks and appetizers.
