Please use this form to complete payment for your Engineering Excellence Awards Entry Fee(s). 

Set the quantity to match the total number of projects you are submitting. Enter your name in the "Attendee" field for each project. Firms can submit up to 4 projects per year. 

Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to access the online submission portal. 

Your 2027 Entry fee includes: 
(1) 30-60 second video showcasing the project; 
(1) plaque for the client or owner; 
(1) plaque for the submitting firm. 
The entry fee does NOT include any registrations to the Awards Ceremony. The submitting firm is responsible for inviting and making payment for all Award Ceremony guests with the exclusion of INDOT Personnel.  

ACEC Indiana member: $750/ project 

Non-ACEC Indiana member: $2,000/ project

Refund Policy: If a firm chooses to withdraw a project prior to the submission deadline of October 28 at 4:00 PM ET, a full refund of the entry fee will be processed.
